Our scientific research continues to innovate across the UK chilled food industry and we work with a wide range of partner organisations to deliver it.
We have secured £1.3m funding to complete three major projects on shelf life (SUSSLE 1 & 2) and pathogen attachment to cut surfaces of fresh produce (AFM234).
The outcomes of the SUSSLE projects are restricted to CFA Members until 1/1/18 when licensed access to non-member manufacturers will be allowed, with conditions.
