It’s always exciting to be the subject of positive media interest. Which is what happened when the IFST approached the CEd team for a profile on the initiative and progress since 2011. With this year’s day declared the ‘biggest and best ever’, and over 3,000 visitors to the University of Northampton site, Charlotte was kept busy on the CEd stand. She demonstrated resources including the pressure experiment using marshmallows and plastic syringes, tested handwashing skills and talked about careers in chilled. Feedback from the organisers, and the schools attending, was overwhelmingly positive and summed up by organisers in four words: “Wow!
